Welcome! I'm Kathryn, Baking & Self-Care Mentor. I am a therapist by trade and a home baker for fun, so I truly know the value that baking can bring to your self-care routine. Yes, we all know you can learn to bake for free on YouTube, but sometimes we need a little buy in to get going! And YouTube baking tutorials aren't usually made by mental health professionals. I will be providing you with specific self-care knowledge and skills with each recipe that you can't find with any other baking video. Whether you do these videos as your solo "me time" or use them to create connection time with your kids, grandkids, or partner, A Sweet Escape is here for you to build skills and confidence in yourself and in the kitchen.

Time to Slow Down
